Saint-Blimont est un village placé à la limite du Vimeu industriel, d'une part, et sur la partie arrière de la Côte Picarde touristique, d'autre part.
Histoire
L'histoire de Saint-Blimont est liée à celle de Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. En effet, en 615, Valéry alors moine évangélisateur de la région du rocher de Leuconaus (actuellement Saint-Valery-sur-Somme), guérit Blimond qui désira rester auprès de son bienfaiteur et qui lui succéda ensuite comme responsable de l'abbaye de Saint-Valery.
Lieux et monuments Tour de guet du XVe siècle qui sert de clocher depuis environ 150 ans. Cette tour est accessible en juillet et août (visite guidée chaque samedi à 11 heures).
